Casino Mediterráneo Orihuela Costa is located at Zenia Boulevard – the largest shopping center in the province of Alicante. The casino lies on the east coast of Spain and is owned by Casinos Del Mediterraneo SA which runs a franchise of casinos throughout the country.
The casino in Orihuela Costa enforces a smart-casual dress code at all times and there is a receptionist at the front desk checking identification upon entry. The entry fee is €6.
While you are in Orihuela make sure to stop by the Sierra de Orihuela mountains which make for a mildly difficult hike perfect for beginners. If you drive out of the city you can visit the famous Playa de Mil Palmeras beach for some water activities like surfing and snorkeling.
If you are flying into the country, then make sure to take a route that ends in Alicante where there is an airport that supports domestic and European flights. The airport is 43 miles from the casino and you can drive there by rental car or take the airport shuttle. Alternatively, you can take the train or bus directly from the airport.

The building – in the shape of a prism – makes up a singular, modern space which is largely thanks to the design of its front. On the inside, the casino is very open with tall ceilings with a color scheme of red and black. The casino floor is large, and areas are cornered off with material to demarcate the different sections of the casino.
The casino’s is open from Sunday to Thursday from 10 AM to 3 AM. On Friday and Saturday, operating hours 10 AM to 4 AM.

Amenities here include free breakfast, free wi-fi, seaside outdoor pool and a kids’ playground, plus a spa with an indoor pool, a gym, a sauna and a hot tub. The average price per night for two people sharing is €150.

There is a modern bar at the casino serving drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks for members of the casino.
Alejandro’s bar nearby serves café-style food and cocktails until late and if you drive a bit further you will find Paddy’s Point Irish Bar & Restaurant who serve pub grub and beers on tap.
If you enjoy seafood then you can try The Lobster Restaurant which serve fresh seafood that is locally sourced and reasonably priced.
