Macau Casino is located at 78 Aungier Street in Dublin, Ireland. This casino is privately owned and the people behind Macau Casino Dublin have another casino in Cork, Ireland named Macau Sporting Club.
The casino is situated in the city’s center about 8.5 miles away from Dublin Airport. There are buses, taxis and a train for those using public transport from the airport, as well as various rental car agencies. Macau Casino is about a 30-minute drive or a 1 hour train ride from Dublin Airport.
Macau Casino’s dress code is casual and you will only be allowed to enter if you are 18 or older. The Euro is the currency used in Ireland, and consequently will be required for all casino transactions.

Casino at Macau Dublin

This small casino is located in a three-story building. The gaming area is made up of a single floor and includes both the table and slot games. Enjoy the décor in this classic casino fit with colorful carpets, stylish lights, and light background music. The casino can get quite loud because of the music, nearby slot machines, and closely situated table games.
Macau Casino hosts a few poker tournaments every month, which can attract a large crowd. For the most part, however, the casino attracts casual gamblers because of its selection of table games and electronic gaming machines. Its biggest drawback is that it does not have a bar or café, which means guests will not be able to get any food, cofee or alcoholic drinks here.
The casino is open daily from 12PM to 7AM with table games opening later in the afternoon or early evening. For poker tournaments and special events, times vary and are communicated on their Facebook page and at the casino’s bulletin board.
Macau Casino mainly caters for lower limit gamblers, with the odd poker event. The casino aims at budget players and not so many high rollers, as the casino’s name might suggest.

Table Games at Macau Casino

For their size, Macau Casino has an impressive selection of table games very closely positioned to each other. Roulette, blackjack, multi-player poker, Three Card Poker, Casino Texas Hold’em and baccarat can all be played here. Each game only has one table, with the exception of roulette.
There is a total of two roulette tables on the main casino floor. Their roulette games offer the standard American variety with a traditional table along with a croupier; as well as an electronic table with no croupier.
At the poker tables, Macau Casino swaps between Texas Hold’em and Three Card Poker from day to day. For multi-player poker, there are no cash tables, but occasionally there is a poker tournament (this is not a regular occurrence).
As for baccarat and blackjack, both the standard variants of these popular casino games are played with blackjack being the most popular of the two.

Slots and Video Poker at Macau Casino

Slot machines and video poker are also available. There are numerous slot machines with different themes, line bets, and reel counts. These machines are closely placed to the table games most likely due to lack of space the casino must work with.
Both single coin and multi-coin machines are available. Denominations start low and go up to €5 per spin. There are also a few progressive jackpot slots.
Video poker is an alternative available at Macau Casino but there is only a small number available – which is better than nothing if you are a video poker fan.
