Casino Club San Rafael sits inside of a rectangular, single-story building. It features a bold entrance that is lit up and has a large sign that says “Casino”. The inside of the casino is decorated very cheerfully. The operating hours at Casino Club San Rafael is open Sunday-Thursday from 10 AM to 5 AM and on Friday-Saturday it stays open until 5.30 a.m.
