Carousel Group, a rapidly growing iGaming startup operating in the regulated online gambling sector, has appointed Phillip Wilson as Chief Operating Officer.
Wilson has a proven track record of delivering growth and success at big-name gambling organisations such as Gala Coral and most recently Winners Group, and will now bring his years of experience and expertise to Carousel Group.
In his new role, Wilson will be playing a critical role in ensuring that Carousel Group achieve operational excellence in every area, and put the customer at the very heart of what they do.
Prior to joining Carousel Group, Wilson served as Chief Operating Officer at secondary lottery platform provider Winners Group.
During his four-year stint at the Denmark-based organisation, he was responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to pivot the business from a small B2C brand into a B2B power player.
Wilson also spent three years as Head of Product at Gala Coral where he made a significant contribution to the operator’s rapid progress on mobile and tablet leading to award winning products and industry leading conversion rates.
